The Future of Ubuntu GNOME
(
Community
)
This project has a huge hidden potential and I think time has come to reveal it and talk about it. I'd like to discuss everything about Ubuntu GNOME community where ANYONE can join and do wonders. No, I'm not a developer and you don't really have to be one. I'd like to utilize the use of social media more to recruit more contributors and show off our achievements. I'd like to create talks and videos about Ubuntu GNOME. So much to do with this project. Why use a bicycle while one has a Ferrari?

Band aids for Ubuntu on touch devices
(
Convergence
)
Ubuntu for touch devices has been around for a while now. Each OTA brings improvements, fixes and new functionality, but it never seems enough.
Some little things could make a huge difference for everyday users, but there's just too many things that need to be done.
Could we found little bugs that community users could help to solve? Would there be people interested in helping? What kind of help would they need -if any- to solve them?
There was once a one hundred papercuts project for the Ubuntu desktop - would it be useful to make something similar for Ubuntu on mobile devices?

Playpen - Snapping software together
(
Core
)
In a smaller group we started a project called snappy-playpen a few weeks ago. The goals were manyfold: we wanted to snap softare, learn more about snapcraft, find issues, create good examples and collect common recipes for common cases. We'd like to extend this scheme and open it up, so we'd like to talk about workflow and additional new ideas.
