Upstream is concerned that the site never took off, it's currently unmaintained, and traffic is low. This session is about sunsetting the service unless someone wants to show up, take over, and drive the site forward.

This project has a huge hidden potential and I think time has come to reveal it and talk about it. I'd like to discuss everything about Ubuntu GNOME community where ANYONE can join and do wonders. No, I'm not a developer and you don't really have to be one. I'd like to utilize the use of social media more to recruit more contributors and show off our achievements. I'd like to create talks and videos about Ubuntu GNOME. So much to do with this project. Why use a bicycle while one has a Ferrari?

Continuation of the discussion on the ubuntu-community-team mailing list about updating the Ubuntu CoC.

Inspired by GNU/Linux and Ubuntu Philosophies, I'd like to come up with an idea that can change the world. Imagine a world where everyone can teach everyone else everything they know? imagine how fast we can build new communities? think about equal chances of learning for everyone and yes, the e-learning is the future for sure. I'd like to see people learning new skills and experience in short time. The concept is very simple: ALL of us are smarter than anyone of us. When people will start learning in groups, great results can be achieved. Everyone will learn so many things at once. And of course, I'm loyal to Ubuntu and I'd like Ubuntu to be the first platform where such initiative can take place.

The Ubuntu Online Summit has gradually evolved from a planning event to a place to showcase what's new in Ubuntu and to share the roadmaps of the respective teams. We'd like to assess whether this format is working and possible alternatives to communicate what's coming and to be more transparent.

Nous allons proposer une session en français afin de résumer ce qu'il a été conclut dans l'ensemble des autres sessions de l'UOS. C'est le meilleur moyen de retrouver la communauté francophone d'ubuntu pour en savoir plus sur l'orientation des travaux pour la prochaine itération d'ubuntu. Tout les intéressés, bloggeurs, curieux, (...) seront invités à suivre cette session francophone et à poser leurs questions !
